At Chick-fil-A, we believe everyone deserves an education. We offer $1,000 Leadership Scholarships to employees who qualify. We also offer an additional $1,000 S. Truett Cathy Scholarship to a limited number of qualifying team members who are chosen by an independent panel each year.

Developmental Training

Employees interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta.
